The Refocusing Process and the new shape of the TYC throughout 2007 to 2010

In 2007 the TYC experienced a huge organizational restructuring,whereby decentralization has become a key agenda in the Secretariat. TYC also shaped its focus limiting it to three Key areas namely

1. Youth Livelihood and Employment- A Policy Approach
2. Environment
3. Youth Health and Gender reflecting the MDG's 3&6
